Today I was disrespected and downright mistreated by one of the team leads today at this store. I came in to look for new running shoes and to say hello to my wife who works there. I had not been in the store for more than FIVE MINUTES when one of the team leads, Reanne with red hair, yelled at me from half way across the store (we were 30+ feet from each other). I have NEVER been yelled at by a someone in a BUSINESS. Especially for something as simple as saying hello to my wife who was still doing here job as I talked to her. After she yelled half way across the store I walked up to her and asked her to repeat herself so that I could talk to a higher manager about what she said as I had not fully understood her the first time. She rudely went on to tell me that “I needed to leave the store” and that “I was distracting workers”. I proceeded to tell her that I, as a PAYING CUSTOMER and as someone who had not even been in the store for FIVE MINUTES, had not been ‘distracting’ anyone and that I would be talking to a manager. She then ROLLED HER EYES and turned around without another word. I then went on to talk to the store manager, Steven, who was kind enough to hear what I had to sa

Sarah was amazing! I am in the military and not stationed in the area, I did an online order pick up in store for my parents since they are not the best with technology. I called multiple times to not only ensure that the order went through but to ask if it is ok for them to pick up even though I was the one paying for it. She was so patient with me and ensured that she informed me of everything! She definitely needs a raise or promotion. I vote promotion! It is so hard to find people that have good customer service!
